Manuel Soren (28) belongs to Letashon Uttar para village of Post Ratanpur union of Birampur sub-district under Caritas Dinajpur Region. His father died in 2011. Thus Manuel could not continue study after passing the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination because of poverty.

Manuel got training on Auto Mechanic Trade run by Caritas Technical School Project in December 2018. After completion of course Manuel purchased some tools and equipment with the help of his stipend money. He started working in his own area. He skillfully repairs bicycles, diesel engines, motorcycles. etc. of the local people. He has developed a good relationship with the people. He now earns an average income of Tk. 4000/- per month. Now he has joined Dhanjuri Mission (Parish) as a mechanic as he was approached by Parish Priest.

Youth trained by Caritas on Volunteerism and involved with Bangladesh Christian Students Movement are ready to distribute emergency food items among the villagers of Bonpara at the time of countrywide lockdown in 2020.

Youth volunteer is seen distributing awareness leaflet to a physically challenged man in Puthia, Rajshahi during COVID-19 pandemic.
Young fellows trained by Caritas on Volunteerism are cleaning roads of the Bonpara Parish to a local market.

Youth engaged with Caritas Formation of Youth and Teachers’ Project are very active members of Bangladesh Christian Students Movement. Some are seen painting Parish campus at Bonpara, Natore, Rajshahi.
